1. Service

Complimentary guest wireless internet access is provided to visitors on an as-available basis. Access may be limited or withdrawn for security, maintenance, misuse or legal compliance.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the connection unlawfully, harass others, distribute malware, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the network or other users.

3. Network monitoring

For network operation and security, Mega City Ltd and authorised service providers may process technical details such as connection times, IP or device identifiers, traffic volumes and security events, where available and lawful. Encrypted website content is not ordinarily visible merely through providing WiFi. Actual collection and retention practices must be confirmed in the Privacy Notice before public launch.

4. Security and availability

Guest WiFi is a shared service. Please secure your device and use encrypted connections. We cannot guarantee speed, availability or complete protection against online threats.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mega City Ltd does not accept responsibility for interruption to the service or loss arising from third-party services, malware or unsecured devices. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Statutory rights are unaffected.

6. Marketing

Marketing registration is optional, not required for WiFi access, and separately chosen on the registration page. Promotional emails include a way to unsubscribe.

7. General

These terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales and mandatory consumer protections. They may be updated. Contact info@mega-city.co.uk with questions.
